What makes you unique and special?
1. Look at your face (use a mirror): What do you notice about the shape of your head? What color is your hair and what does it feel like?

What does your nose feel like when you touch it? Can you feel the air going in and out of your nostrils? What does that feel like?
3.
Run your finger across your mouth. What do your lips feel like? How many shapes can you make with your mouth? What happens to the rest of your face when you do those different shapes? How many different sounds can you make with your mouth?

What color is your skin? When you touch your face, what does your skin feel like?

What is it like to have friends who don’t tease?

What is the most beautiful thing someone who loves you has said about how special you are?
