Getting Angry
Emily is so angry she is stomping her feet and yelling.

What does it feel like when you feel really, really angry inside?

Where inside your body do you feel the anger?

What can you do to feel better when you get really angry?
Act A
Think of a time you were so angry, you could destroy everything or yell really loud. Think of as many things as possible somebody could say or do to help you feel better and stop you from hurting others and yourself.
Act B
Think of as many ways as possible that you can show how mad you are without hurting yourself or other people. Get two or three volunteers to act out the suggestions, and decide what works best.
